Box Office Policies

The Pullo Center box office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and two hours prior to events. Tickets can also be purchased online 24 hours a day, or charge by phone at 717-505-8900.

• All ticket purchases will incur a per ticket service fee. When purchasing over the phone or through the internet, mailing is required and will incur an additional fee.
• Everyone one year or older must have a ticket for admission.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges
• Tickets to all performances at the Pullo Center are available exclusively from the theater’s own box office and web site. If you purchase tickets from a ticket broker or secondary market, even when they are abiding by state or federal laws, you run the risk of paying inflated prices, receiving counterfeit tickets, or purchasing seats that do not exist in the theatre. If this would occur, the Pullo Center would be unable to assist you because the tickets were not purchased through our office.

Accessible Seating

Please contact the box office at 717-505-8900 if you require accessible seating accommodations. There is also elevator availability for anyone who prefers to use it.

Student Ticket Information

Through the generosity of the Student Activity Fee Committee, Penn State York students may receive a discount on most ticketed performances. To receive the discount, present a valid Penn State ID+ card at the point of sale. Enrollment and Student Activity Fee eligibility will be verified. Note: A limited number of ticket subsidies are available. Once these are exhausted, there will be no further discounts. Not all performances are eligible for the subsidy. This offer may be withdrawn without prior notice.
